HOUSTON, Texas - UPDATE:
Houston police say Jose Rodriguez, a man suspected in three killings over the past several days, is now in custody.
No other details were immediately available Tuesday morning, according to CNN.
A man who was released from prison last year is named the suspect in a violent crime spree around the Houston area that left two women and a man dead.
Jose Gilberto Rodriguez, 46, is the suspect in three murders. The latest murder occurred at a mattress store Monday afternoon north of the city's center.
