Warm again Thursday before cooler air moves in Friday for a cooler weekend

Recycled moisture hangs over the Borderland this evening, and with daytime heating there will be enough instability for isolated showers and thunderstorms across the area.

A passing west coast trough will push through the region Thursday and Friday keeping slight chances for storms in the forecast.

We next look to Sunday and Monday when there is potential for a significant increase in tropical moisture and possible widespread rain. However the confidence in that wet scenario is low at this time.
