Today is suppose to be the deadline for open enrollment under the Affordable Care Act. The Obama Administration says at least six million people have already signed up, but they won't release the number of insured who've actually paid for their coverage. That's one million short of the goal but the administration says that could change with a last-minute surge. Those who haven't been able to get registered will be able to get an extension. We were at project Amistad to see how people were getting help to sign up. We talk with Roy Ortega from Project Amistad.
