Vote for Max Power?

A campaign sign promoting a fictional character named Max Power appeared on the city's West Side. It's origins are unknown, but the sign say it's a only satirical message. Max Power was character in "The Simpsons," and the slogan, "Cash Rules Everything Around Me," is a popular Wu-Tang Clan song, commonly known as "C.R.E.A.M."
