Tomorrow's a big day for four local schools. On today's Estela's Escuelas, we take you to Hanks High school in east El Paso. Hanks will be competing with three other schools: Chapin, Canutillo and Burges in the area round of the University Interscholastic League's (UIL) one act play. Each school will have one hour to perform. We caught up with Hanks as they were practicing. Hanks' theater teacher Jorge Reyes says the competition is mostly a lesson in how his students can improve. The one act play Hanks will perform for tomorrow's competition is "Doubt." It's about a strict nun who believes a priest at her church has done something inappropriate. The competition will be at the Chamizal National Memorial in south central El Paso. It starts at 4 p.m. Good luck to all the students and schools performing.
