Golden State Warriors center Marreese Speights was arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence in Tampa, Fla.,

The second-degree misdemeanor charge came after Speights was pulled over for failure to yield the right of way when exiting a driveway in his 2012 Bentley at 3:31 a.m. ET.

Breathalyzer tests indicated that his blood-alcohol content was above the legal limit of .08 at .103 and .106, according to the Tampa Police Department.

Speights, who had just turned 27 on Monday, was released from jail after posting a $500 bond before noon Tuesday.

Speights averaged 6.4 points and 3.7 rebounds in his first season with the Warriors in 2013-14.
