El Dorado claimed victory in the fan vote in this year's final installment of the Sweet Play of the Week sponsored by Southwest University.
The winning play featured quarterback Cedarious Barfield evading a heavy blitz against Americas and tossing the ball downfield to Nick Leyva, who found the end zone.
Barfield, who has committed to San Diego State, was quick to praise his teammates for their efforts on the play.
"Honestly, I owe this to my teammates," he said. "They make it easy for this. I can't just do it by myself."

That play helped El Dorado come away with a 42-10 win, which marked their fourth consecutive victory.
The Aztecs now turn their attention to Thursday's showdown with Pebble Hills. Both teams have already wrapped up a playoff spot, but the winner will claim second place in District 1-6A.
Voting for Sweet Play of the Year will also begin this weekend. You can find the link to that on the home page of KVIA.com beginning Saturday.
