Chavo Guerrero Jr. made his return to his hometown Sunday night in a wrestling event at the El Paso County Coliseum dubbed "Verano Caliente III."
While he no longer resides in El Paso, he said he was overwhelmed with memories and emotions after returning to the Coliseum.
"[That] night brought back a lot of memories," said Guerrero Jr. in a post on Instagram. "[Memories] of my dad, my grandfather's wrestling promotion, and of course of Eddie. We were just little kids running around the Coliseum, causing trouble."
Guerrero posted a picture of himself as a toddler at the County Coliseum on Instagram. That photo was taken in 1972. He then posted a picture next to it of him at Sunday's event at the Coliseum.
"Great times and great memories!" he wrote. "I miss them all. Thank you."
Guerrero Junior also posted a video of himself enjoying his favorite local restaurant - Chico's Tacos. Guerrero Jr. can be seen eating alongside fellow wrestlers Johnny Mundo and Carlito.
"When in El Paso, I've always got to stop at my fav!" he wrote on Twitter.
Guerrero Jr. currently resides in San Diego. His father, the legendary Chavo Guerrero Sr., died in February of this year due to complications from liver cancer.
