SUNLAND PARK, New Mexico - El Paso and Sunland Park fire crews responded to a report of a man who fell 25 feet into an underground pipe Tuesday morning, officials said.

The man, who is in his 30s, fell at the Rio Grande Power Plant on Doniphan Drive, near the Texas-New Mexico border.
