An Oscar win, or even a nomination, might give you the necessary career boost in Hollywood, but it won't keep you from going to jail. Just ask these celebrities.

Reese Witherspoon, who won a Best Actress Oscar for "Walk the Line," was charged with disorderly conduct in April 2013 after apparently interfering with a Georgia state trooper's arrest of her husband, Hollywood agent James Toth, on a drunken driving charge. She later apologized for her behavior.
