What hindsight a few years can bring.

After undergoing 10 procedures in one day to augment everything from her butt to her brows, Heidi Montag now says that she wouldn't elect for such extensive plastic surgery as she did toward the end of 2009.

"I wouldn't do it again, that's for sure," she tells Celebuzz in an interview, adding that she'd warn anyone else attempting to follow in her footsteps to think twice.

"I lived and I learned --- and I wouldn't really recommend it for other people. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be going through it --- physically, mentally, emotionally, recovering. But, I'm just glad it's done and that everything healed so well."

Lesson learned, Montag says that she's happy to finally be entering into full recovery.

"I'm really looking forward to the next phase of my life," the 25-year-old told Celebuzz. "I know I'll never be able to get away from a lot of it, but I won't give up trying to prove I'm more than just that."
