Datamark opens 160-seat customer contact center in Juarez
Datamark, Inc. announced today the opening of a 160-seat multichannel bilingual customer contact center to provide customer support for a leading U.S. rebate fulfillment company.
The customer contact center will be located in Juarez, Mexico, home to one of Datamark's business-services facilities. The contact center will handle inbound phone calls, as well as email and web chat services to serve customers with inquiries about rebate submissions.
The contact center is a multi-year, multi-million dollar project that will be established in phases. The first phase is now underway. Once fully operational, the contact center is expected to employ approximately 160 customer-service representatives.
