Cordova's mother: Financial assistance withdrawn
Grieving mother and brother speak up
The mother and brother of the 9 year-old central El Paso boy who was struck and killed earlier this week by an SUV spoke up about their loss. Jose Cordova, 9, was crossing an intersection when he was struck by an SUV.
Elizabeth Rodriguez, his mother, says victims assistance originally said they'd help pay for his burial but then retracted their offer saying the accident was the boys fault not the driver's.
If you would like to make a donation to help pay for the cost of the boy's burial, please call Lupe Pena at (915) 566-2924
