According to El Paso police, a 19-year-old male driving a Chevy Cobalt was driving north on Railroad around 6:30 a.m.

The driver attempted to make a left turn onto Diana Drive, but was driving too quickly and slid towards the center divider on Railroad Drive, police said.

Police said the vehicle's rear struck a traffic barrel, and began to spin.

The vehicle then collided with an F150 that was stopped on Railroad Drive, facing south, police said.
