Sun Metro's fixed-route service and LIFT, paratransit service, are running a regular schedule with sporadic delays caused by road conditions. As always, Sun Metro passengers are asked to please have patience as drivers work through the icy conditions. The public is asked to please be courteous to Sun Metro buses and fellow commuters to help prevent unnecessary accidents and anxiety. Teacher's Federal Credit Union will open at 11 am

Mount hope preschool/daycare closed

Health and human service in El Paso are closed

Physician's Healthcare Clinic open 10 am- 3 pm

Carlsbad Caverns National Park will open at 10am

Las Cruces City Offices - closed

Dona Ana County- all non-emergency county offices will remain closed Thursday. Law-enforcement, emergency services and detention staff will continue their work, but administrative personnel are not required to come to work.

Roadrunner Transit - closed

Dona Ana Community College - closed

San Elizario ISD - closed
