For one night only, the Australian horror film "The Loved Ones" will be shown in El Paso at Cinemark Tinseltown in East El Paso.

"The Loved Ones" is a prom film with a mixture of comedy and torture with a major twist.

It was written and directed by Sean Byrne and has gained a cult following due to its SXSW and Toronto International Film Festival screenings.

Through a collaboration with Tugg Inc., a web-platform that enables it's users to choose movies they'd want to shown in their local theaters, and local entertainment blog, the Mutha Effing Prince, "The Loved Ones" will screen at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2012.
