Joe Moody defeats Dee Margo in rematch for state seat

Challenger Joe Moody beat incumbent Dee Margo in the State Rep. Dist. 78 race, according to unofficial final results from the El Paso Elections Department.
DONALD R. DEE MARGO REP 19,211 46.07%
JOE MOODY DEM 22,490 53.93%
It is the third time the two have faced each other for a state representative seat.
