EL PASO, Texas -

The latest hearing over the estate of actor Sherman Hemsley has been postponed.
Hemsley's long-time partner, Flora Enchinton, confirmed it has been moved to Nov. 9 after originally being scheduled for Oct. 31.

The court is awaiting the results of a d-n-a test from a man who claims to be his brother -- and thus -- entitled to the estate..
Hemsley died at his El Paso home of lung cancer in late July and his body has not been buried. It is still in a refrigerator at an East El Paso funeral home.
Enchinton, who lived with Hemsley, is listed as his beneficiary and she aid she just wants to carry out Hemsley's last wishes.
