El Paso Police officers save baby's life
El Paso Police officers saved a child's life Sunday night after investigating an unrelated call in the Lower Valley.
At about 8:30 p.m., officers working for the Housing Authority of El Paso and police officers with the Mission Valley Regional Command Center were investigated a call of a broken window.
As the officers were finishing up with the call a distressed woman flagged down the officers to ask for help with her choking nephew.
The officers managed to dislodge a candy that the child was choking on. Fire medical personnel responded to the scene and found that the toddler was doing okay and did not need to be transported.
The officers' names were not released.
