El Paso Police arrest 21 drivers in 28 hours for alcohol-related driving offenses

The El Paso Police Department has arrested and charged 21 people for DWI-related offenses during since midnight Wednesday.
Eleven of these DWI cases occurred on Dec. 26 and 10 between midnight and 3:48 a.m. on Thursday.
- DWI 1st Offense - 11 cases
- DWI 2nd Offense - 2 case
- DWI BAC > = .15 - 8 cases
The El Paso Police Department’s DWI Task Force and Regional Command Centers Traffic units work every day to keep El Paso roads safe and free of drunk drivers.
