LAS CRUCES -- Police arrested a 14-year-old boy accused of exposing himself and making sexually-explicit comments to girls near elementary schools.

The accused is charged with Aggravated Indecent Exposure and two counts of Enticement of A Child.

According to investigators, the teen approached two girls near Booker T. Washington Elementary just before 8 a.m. Wednesday. He allegedly exposed himself and made lewd, sexual comments to the girls. Investigators learned the same teenager also made similar comments to another girl as she walked towards Loma Heights Elementary, officials said.

Police said the teenager also exposed himself to four 7-year-old girls on another occasion. The girls were not assaulted, officials added.

Anyone with information on other such incidents is asked to call Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 575-526-8000.
