OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - A Nebraska ethanol plant is suing a subsidiary of a Houston-based natural gas provider they say is responsible for an explosion and fire last December that shut down the plant for weeks. Cornhusker Energy Lexington filed a federal lawsuit against Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission, claiming the loss of more than $1.8 million.

DINWIDDIE, Va. (AP) - An Austin man driving 1 of Miley Cyrus' tour buses was killed when the bus overturned on a highway in Virginia this morning. Virginia State Police say 53-year-old driver William G. Douglas was dead at the scene of the crash 40 miles south of Richmond, Virginia. Cyrus wasn't aboard the bus when the crash happened.

LAVON, Texas (AP) - Three people are dead and three others are hurt after an SUV and minivan collided on a rain-slick north Texas highway this morning. 3 of the four people in the minivan were killed. The crash happened on the western outskirts of Lavon, northeast of Dallas.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - An attorney for the Army psychiatrist charged in the mass shooting at Fort Hood says his client will have his first court hearing in his hospital room tomorrow. Major Nidal Malik Hasan's civilian attorney, John Galligan, says military prosecutors notified him of their plans for the hearing at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio.
